Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

We were in apartments, but they are switching back to dorms due to bad experiences. The apartments would have been really nice, but unfortunately other students ruined it.

* Food:

There is no food provided - you buy your own food in Italy!

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

There was a doctor associated with the school, and the school was always available to tell you where to go to get medical assistance.

* Safety:

There are no violent incidents. There is only pickpocketing.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I think the program was good, but since it is very small, it can be very hit-or-miss with the type of people you're with. The program staff were super helpful though, and Italy was amazing.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Food is a lot cheaper there, but if you want to travel, then your budget goes faster.
