Life Changing and Unforgettable Past Review

By (Communications and Media Studies, Fordham University) - abroad from 01/13/2013 to 05/03/2013 with

Syracuse University: London - Syracuse University in London

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned that cultures can be different, but we are all human beings and can all get along with one another no matter what country we are from. I learned a lot about myself as a person, and I learned lessons about other people. It was worth it to do an internship, because even though I did not get to travel as much, I was able to better experience British culture and make connections and friendships with coworkers and local Londoners who I will stay in contact with in the future.
