What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
My experience was very worthwhile and even indescribable in some aspects. I just enjoyed most of all learning about another culture, and most importantly being granted the opportunity to experience something outside of what I know and am used to.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

there wasn't much interaction with faculty leaders and administrators of host country

* Housing:

hotel/ dorm

not all creature comforts available but still livable conditions

* Food:

after a few days spices on food were not as appetizing as the first few days.

* Safety:

The [professor was over protective, and I always felt safe even suffocated at times.

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? about 50 us dollars
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Breakfast! some meals were served in the hotel in which the silverware was not as clean as I would have liked, and so I ate fruit from the supermarket every morning.
