I've developed improved skills in the fields of marketing and politics by having the opportunity to work at an established and well known firm that enabled me to help in building campaigns and apply knowledge learned in the classroom. My plan is already to move back to DC post graduation in a year and a half and settle into a role in the city.

Strengths: Internship, weekend activities that featured a Nationals game, Congressional tour, and the Independence Day Parade as well trips to near by cities including Virginia Beach and Annapolis Weaknesses: Dorm rooms could have had better internet connectivity |

Baseball games with friends almost every week, museums, train trips, the beach. |

Very safe city and the program was managed by a talented group of coordinators that always ensured group activities we're as safe as possible especially during the busy tourist summer season. |
