Spain Study Abroad Reflections: Comprehensive Reviews of Past Programs

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained knowledge from observing people go through their daily routine. It was a different culture, with different social norms and people. However, what made my experience worth a while was the fact not only was I able to get the tourist perspective when I was with my group but I was also able to get the actual perspective of living in the actual area when hanging out with the locals that lived there.
