What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?

I had a wonderful time. I learnt a great deal about photography and was able to spend two full weeks concentrating only on my art. I met students from Rollins I hadn't before and have become close friends with four of them. Together we had a great experience in Edinburgh.

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.	My photo tutor was great. She was incredibly helpful in class and also with advice about art events and things to see while in Edinburgh.
* Host Country Program Administration On-site administration of your program	ECA was great, I had no issues.
* Housing: How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?	The receptionists at Portsborgh Court were always very helpful.

* Social & Cultural Integration: How integrated did you feel with the local culture?	Highlands tour
* Health Care: How well were health issues addressed during the program?
* Safety:	I never felt uncomfortable

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants?	Make sure to remember that £1 doesn't equal £1. It is possible to spend very little while on the trip, especially if you walk and eat wisely.

A Look Back

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program?	This course should be open to students of all majors, it is not "intensive" in terms of the art skills required and anyone with an interest would be able to succeed if they wanted to experience Scotland and the arts culture.
