Understanding how a significant "western" culture was significant because it tolerated both willingly and forcefully many cultural traditions and backgrounds beyond its ever changing boarders.

Greece has the best food. The markets and local grocers are a good way to save money but treating yourself to the local taverns is worth the expense.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

The sites tend to give off chills of inspiration.

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

Never walk anywhere alone at night but safety is not a concern otherwise. Look both ways before crossing the street.
