* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

the size of the program I thought was perfect, what was told about the program before depature was how the program went while in Ghana. The day to day schedule of what we were doing was helpful.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

* Food:

more options to find a hotel or place that serves meals where staying.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

the safarri was awesome, loved the ocean, the tour of the slave castles was sad but very informational. just being in the community was by far the best personal expierence I had.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

The cities I felt were very safe.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? 50-100 cedi per week
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? wish we were told we had to spend more on food and taxis (transportation) I thought transportation was taken care of in the cost of the trip.
