Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc. |
The first half was a Northwestern course, so it was very similar to what we were familiar with. However, the second half was much less rigorous. |

The real strength was that the program got us to see so much - paid for museum cards, took us to the theater, etc. |

Food was not an issue at all. Cheap food at the dining hall for lunch if we were interested, and many grocery stores nearby. |

How integrated did you feel with the local culture? |
Trip to Weimar was fantastic. The program really took us on a lot of cultural outings (Berliner Ensemble, Ring of the Nibelungs, etc). |

How well were health issues addressed during the program? |

Berlin is really safe and I knew that if I had any health problems we would have been really well taken care of. |
