What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I made many lifelong friends, I gained more confidence in my Spanish-speaking abilities, and I've also gained the confidence to travel even more after this experience.

I loved the organization of the program as well as how many excursions they offered throughout the semester.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Avoid buying unnecessary treats or snacks from the store. Your host family will provide you with an abundance of food and there will be no need to go out and buy food. Also, try to minimize the amount of times you go out to eat or drink, because the costs will add up.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? Engage in conversations at the dinner table with your host family. Go out exploring with your friends and practice ordering food and purchasing items using your Spanish.
