What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I was able to practice my Spanish a lot and I had many cultural experiences that I may not have had access to if I did not go through a program such as this. This literally was one of the best experiences of my life.

Everyone was loving and caring. I loved spending time with everyone in the program and wish I could relive the experiences we had.

A Look Back

  • The people.
  • The encouragement to speak Spanish and meet people.
  • The excursions.

  • I cannot really think of anything.
  • I ended up spending a lot of money on food because I did not really like a lot of the food that my host mom made, but I did not have the heart to tell her. She was such a sweet lady.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? How to give directions to a taxi driver in Spanish.
