What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained world experiences and appreciation for other cultures, in addition to meeting people from all over the world, and of course, improving my skills with the Spanish language. It was absolutely worthwhile.

Teresa was the best person to make me feel at home in Argentina, when this was my first time away from my family for so long.

I never had any issues, but my friends who did need to go to the doctor's office had plenty of support and help.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? Maybe $25-30 USD a week.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Buy your souvenirs at the local markets, they are much cheaper, and more unique anyway.

Do you have any tips/advice on the best ways to practice the language for future study abroad participants? Listen to conversations all around you, and practice how what you would say in relation to the topic. Any way to practice, even when alone, helps.
