What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned everything; grew as an individual, learned about the history, met a lot of people, and overall the trip completely blew out my expectations and made it AMAZING. I would definitely do it all over again, even if it was more expensive.

Personal Information

How much international exposure did you have prior to this program? 0-2 weeks

Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

If the program was longer I think there could have been a better spread of homework along with learning about the British Culture. The extension on time would also give a better amount of time given to making relationships and friendships with the locals, because I felt like those relationships being built were really quick and near the end.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Was cold a few nights, making sleep to come by hard at times, but shoot....I GOT TO STAY IN A CASTLE!!

* Food:

FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Being intergrated into the community was great, for me was extremely easy to do, but I also am not the same as every individual. Taking the time to extend the time would make the integration better to help some of the slower people, and make their time there a lot better.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

* Was housing included in your program cost? Yes
* Was food included in your program cost? Yes
Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? I don't really know, it was a once in a lifetime trip, and I made the most of it.
