About

Germany attracts young people from all over the world as a place to study. About 233,000 foreign students enroll at German universities every year – in other words: more than every tenth student comes from abroad. Along with the United States and Great Britain, Germany is one of the most preferred host countries for international students.

Heidelberg is world-famous as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, linking both historical ambiance and top-level research facilities.
SRH University Heidelberg symbolizes the future. Its science tower stands for dynamism, transparency, and innovation. As one of the few private universities in Germany, SRH University Heidelberg offers students top service and a wide range of study programs, as well as small groups and close contact to professors and staff.  Here you will find ideal conditions for a successful university education.
The safe environment within our campus and the city of Heidelberg is essential for peaceful and productive studies. Because it is politically stable and places great value on peace, order, and a fair rule of law, Germany offers a safe environment for all students. The rights of all citizens are respected, regardless of their cultural, ethnic or religious background. The Global Peace Index has just been released, and Germany is ranked as 15th out of a total of 153 countries.

Studying abroad – especially in a country very different from your own – is an exciting challenge and will certainly have a long-lasting impact on your life. Yet there are many things to consider, plan, and organize. We offer a wide range of support for international students, including an accommodation service, German language courses, administrative assistance, and counseling as well as intercultural training sessions and cultural activities.
