* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? No one told me that this program would lead to an addiction to rice. I was entirely unprepared to return to the land of mac n cheese and still find myself craving a soupy bowl of rice. Also, I wish I would have known how irrationally happy it would make me to meet someone from Madagascar after I returned home. Beware: the rest of your life may be spattered with bouts of irrational happiness if you choose this program.
