What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
My study abroad was absolutely worthwhile. Not only did it open my mind to new ideas and experiences, it changed me as a person and made me evaluate what is really important in my life. My trip has inspired me to change some of my career goals. I've always wanted to be the artistic director of my own dance company, now I would love to take that dream abroad. I would especially like to take that dream to a country like Macedonia where the arts have been restricted to tradition for most people. I'd love to share new ideas and experiences with many people. I would also like to start Performing Arts programs that allow student to train past the secondary school level.
