What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned how to live on my own in a foreign country while getting around well enough. It was definitely worthwhile and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Hard to interact with locals due to the language barrier

very safe, wouldn't walk alone at night but that goes for every foreign country

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

The area was very safe and small so I knew how to get around and such. The professors were very helpful and the classes were interesting. The views are amazing and the people here are charming.

Craving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals.
