What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
It has made me more independent and more aware of how similar and different people from other cultures are at the same time. Organizing travel plans and experiences was great in gaining responsibility and resourcefulness.

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Be careful with money and especially for souvenirs, in most cities it's good to shop around a bit because prices vary. If you want to do individual travel on your own, planning hostels and transportation (Eurail passes are great for trains) far in advance can save you a lot of money and frustration. |
