What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
In addition to experiencing the culture in which I found myself, I certainly gained confidence as an individual in managing my finances and personal affairs, befriending and interacting with other people, and ultimately stepping out of my comfort zone.

  • Interacting with international students and learning about their respective cultures and perspectives

  • The administration at Queen's was often slow to provide student services, report grades, etc.
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I honestly felt quite prepared for my semester abroad.
