What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned about the lifestyles and customs of other cultures, as well as some of the different languages. I learned that in America, we are very fortunate for our freedom of choice and the many technologies that make life easier. My experience was definitely worthwhile, and if I had the money I would want to go again!

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Plan your expenses early in advance, and save your own money for the program well before you leave to go abroad. But overall, this is an amazing experience and you don't want to miss out on something due to lack of funds.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I knew about all the traveling I ended up doing within the UK and other countries so that I could have stayed longer and gotten a later flight back home.
