We design custom courses for groups of at least 5 participants. You choose your dates, duration and activities—we’ll do the rest! Step by step, we assist you in planning an unforgettable adventure to Costa Rica, Panama or Nicaragua. If you bring 7 other people on your custom course, your tuition will be free! If you can bring more than 16 people for your custom course you will receive 2 free tuitions!
You are able to choose your activities from a range of outdoor activities we offer. This can be anything from hikes, climbs and heights or water sports. You are also able to choose your volunteering activities, whether this be community service, sea turtle conservation or environmental initiatives. You will also choose what type of certifications you would like the course to focus on, whether you want it to be more focused on personal development, cultural integration or more wilderness professional skills-based.
Each course is designed following the OBCR experiential learn methodology: experience a challenge, reflect and draw conclusions, and apply newfound knowledge, self-confidence and self awareness to the next day’s challenges and to your own life. Whether you are involved in a service project, a 10-day hike or a week of surf, all courses will follow this experiential learning model.
