BRAND NEW BUILDING. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Conveniently located above the academic center.

DC has many little hubs with great food to offer.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

Its DC and you are a few blocks away from the WHITE HOUSE. I think that is enough explanation.

Full time 24/7 friendly public safety officers present.

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

DC prices are average compared to other major cities in the US. It was cheaper than NY, so manageable.
