Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The workload at Middlesex University in London are research base and deals with writing style, complex mind thinking , and dissertation at the end of a undergraduate level. Grading system at aboard in UK is not the typical A,B,C or percentage, rather done on points and qualities of level such as merit ,and excellent. Teaching methods are more of a lecture ,which may be little or some times a sentence of information which you as a student must research about and more. The differences with the university system in the UK compare to the American educational system is the length of course , bachelors degree in the UK is 3 years , meanwhile US bachelors degree is 4 years.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

In the UK administration may run much slower compared to America due to shorter days during the winter. The British love tropical vacation, You must make share that every thing is clear for your term , like anything in life stay on top of what your doing and what needs to get done 1st because you may serious lose out on help in the UK. Overall i find the Administration team to be helpful and giving me advice what to do and how to settle in the UK.Program size in the UK are typically smaller do to the country size and how many people they let attend such program.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

Overall housing in London is very expensive if you must please stay in student halls , the neighborhood in london varies like any major city one must do research and be safe at all times you must know compared to America there is not loads of guns , but must watch out for knife crime . London is multi culture mix of Caribbean, middle eastern,india and africans. If you come from the southern part of USA please be aware that UK is very cold and must buy winter wear as well as summer wear to go back home. Overall i find my host to be very helpful

* Food:

Unlike the USA there are no Meal plans for students in the UK

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

ondon is multi culture mix of Caribbean, middle eastern,india and africans.
