What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned, of course, so much about the Russian language and a lot about the culture as well. It was so good to learn how Russian people live and to be able to engage them in their own context.

Middlebury provided a wonderful atmosphere for language learning and combined their own courses with those of host universities to give an academically satisfying but not overwhelming experience.
