With the exception of being immersed in a second language, Sweden was a very enjoyable place to visit. The people were very nice, the country is clean and beautiful, and the subtle differences of Scandinavian culture vs. the U.S. culture was a great experience.

Sweden was an amazing country to visit and study in. The language is unique (although most people there speak excellent English) and was fun to learn. Downside is Swedish is not a language it is easy to find ways to continue practicing upon returning to the U.S. |

Dorms were clean and were single rooms. Communal kitchens and nice living rooms to get together with other students. |

| * What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | If you are looking to gain a second language to speak in the United States, Swedish may not be the most useful country to study in. However, the program overall was great and there are plenty of opportunities for local travel. |
