Doing business in European requires lawyers who have an in-depth knowledge on European and German law. By joining this summer training programme students become experts on German and European law and join a broad network of programme alumni. The Faculty of Law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität – one of the leading law faculties in Germany – will be offering a unique summer programme for lawyers and law students from abroad: The Munich University Training in German and European Law (MUST). Given the Covid-19 pandemic MUST will be offered as a remote Summer School from June 28 to July 23, 2021 ( www.must-misu.de ). MUST offers a profound introduction to German and European law and hence to knowledge that is a prerequisite of doing business in Europe, one of the biggest markets on earth. The couse is taught by distinguished lecturers who are renowned academics and in close contact to practitioners. This programme will bring together excellent lawyers and law students from a variety of countries, providing the opportunity to create a network of programme alumni. The Faculty of Law at Munich University is eager to support a network of this kind and provides a website for alumni affairs. Upon successful application, participants will learn intensively on German and European law, receive 6 ECTS credits for their class performance, get to know legal scholars in the field.
