Learned that many people are not into Western medicine. I also learned more about superfoods and order in which food is consumed.

I wish more meals were provided thoughout the trip than just lunch and breakfast on the weekdays and only breakfast on the weekends.

I like the people in the program a lot (who ran it)... but some of the activities we did were not what I expected. I know a couple students didn’t speak english so some of us acted as translators. The activities were either too far out there or just very strange. Sometimes we would talk about controversial topics and it was very uncomfortable at times.
