Where Can Six Weeks Lsst A Lifetime Past Review

By (Singapore Management University) - abroad from 06/27/2017 to 08/03/2017 with

Korea University: Seoul - International Summer Campus

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I gained many new experiences and skills that school and daily life would not be able to provide. Skills such as being able to adapt easily to another culture, and being independent are necessary if I want to live overseas in the future. Experiences including playing with school teams, living and traveling with friends would not be possible without the program. The program provided many opportunities that I would not be able to get if I only stayed at home. It was worthwhile and a journey that I will always remember.

The Nearly Native or Trail Blazer
Craving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals. You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.'
