I gained lots of information about myself, others, and another country and its history. It was beyond worth it.

I would travel abroad and study abroad in a heartbeat, while the class I took was not as enjoyable as I hoped the overall experience was the best thing I have done yet!

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I wish I had known how easy it was to travel because I would have had way less anxiety than when I did.

Craving the most authentic experience possible, perhaps you lived with a host family or really got in good with the locals. You may have felt confined by your program requirements and group excursions. Instead, you'd have preferred to plan your own trips, even skipping class to conduct your own 'field work.'

Comments: The course was very challenging, however this was mostly due to a lack of instruction. We were pretty much told to download photoshop, given a list of expectations for a massive assignment and received no instruction after that.
