I learned a lot about cultures outside of my own. I am glad to have gone on such a fantastic trip.

There could have been a wider variety of food options. Especially for those that are vegan, lactose intolerant, and vegetarian. Overall, good food though.

I found the IDF a bit intimidating. But I felt safe regardless of their presence.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? This trip is not for the faint of heart. You will leave this program with more knowledge, callouses, and muscle than you went in with. Remeber to keep an open mind and heart.
