Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The academic instruction time wasn't as rigorous as I had expected, however, the professors were always around for questions and discussions. This was a class were you got out what you put in. The resources were there, you just had to make use of them.

On-site administration of your program

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The accommodations were excellent and the staff was obviously used to having students stay for abroad experiences and were incredibly helpful and kind.

There were some protests while we were there but I felt safe overall.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? $20
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? It depends on what country you go to! For example, our flight got stuck in Paris and I spent $50 for one day on food whereas in Greece I only spent $5-$10 a day on food.
