I stayed with the Diem family and the first day they invited me into their house they said they wanted me to feel like I was part of their family. They all spoke English well and were very very nice and went above and beyond the program requirements to help me make the best of my time in Austria and the surrounding countries that I traveled to.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? GO FOR IT! It was the best experience of my entire life and I loved every minute of it. As a student you are not complete until you have experienced other places and studied their culture.

Comments: The course was both challenging and fair. Dr. Engle is an excellent instructor and I thoroughly enjoyed this class. I feel that I have vastly improved my knowledge of turn of the Century Vienna and the many influential people that were there.
