What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I learned that you must be both patient and open to immerse yourself to fully get the language experience. It was definitely worthwhile.

I would do it and I would make sure to choose the extended program as I felt the semester was too short. Luckily they have longer options!

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? about 50 dollars a week
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Make sure to have money set aside for trinkets you want to buy here. That way you could strategically use money for food and excursions.

A Look Back

* What did you like most about the program?
  • The Cost, it was affordable
  • The dorms have everything needed

  • Sick days could be more easy to obtain
* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? I would have wished to know that the classes started later in the day. Lower levels started almost in the middle of the day.
