What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I think the most I gained was better speaking skills. It was absolutely worthwhile.

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

The classes were very informative, fast paced, the subject material was relevant and useful.

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

The on-site administration was great. I never had a problem, but they were all very helpful in general.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

I stayed in the Ikebukuro dorm. It was nice and convenient.

* Food:

The food was flawless. Plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from in the area.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

I think I felt about as integrated as I could be. I don't think I had any cultural differences that were an issue or anything.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I had no health problems, but my friend who got hurt had a good experience with getting better.

* Safety:

I felt 100% safe all the time.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I really love the way KCP teaches and the location of the school.

We were very encouraged to use the language, in fact we had to use it.
