Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Never have I had such terrible professors as I did at the IC London Center. It was a complete waste of time and actually frowned upon intellectual discussion or critical thinking. This isn't due to a "cultural teaching difference," but rather due to ignorant, disinterested professors.
