What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
A whole lot about Maori culture, and theatre, tons about the local areas and what kiwis care about. It was absolutely worthwhile!

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? Usually at least $40, more when I traveled.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? If you're living with roommates try and have a flat budget and do flat meals in the evening. If you all shop together and shop for food together you'll save costs. Avoid eating out.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? How easy it was getting around New Zealand, and I wish that I knew about Victoria Uni, might have tried going there.
