What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I just learned so much about the Spanish culture and it helped open my eyes more to other cultures around the world compares to my own.

I went during the summer so the class workload was not a lot. I took two classes over the course of four weeks and it helped me learn more about the country and history of Spain.

Language acquisition improvement?

Only the other students in the program were the ones I spoke English with. My host family and the ISA directors had the students speak spanish to practice in order to experience the culture to the fullest and be able to communicate with natives.

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? An outgoing student who wants to experience different cultures and is very open to learning about other cultures and who wants to practice their Spanish speaking skills.
