I think studying abroad is definitely a worthwhile experience. It opens your eyes to the many different ways of life, customs and overall culture of the world around you. It makes you realize that there are other ways besides your own, and even if you acknowledged it before, it seems more real after experiencing it. It becomes less abstract and more definitive.

Weekend stay in Connemara for the Irish for beginners class was definitely worth it, and was an amazing experience. |

| * What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | Interstudy is definitely a program that goes all out to make sure you're prepared for your time abroad. I've met people here who were just sent details about schooling and were required to find a place to stay on their own, and thrown haphazardly into an unknown country. They have fun, and always helpful program advisers, and the program as a whole created a far less stressful process than others that I've seen. |
