I learned so much about academics but also about myself. It was 110% worthwhile and would do it again in a heartbeat. Caitlin - Villanova University View Entire Review
I learned a lot about the confidence that comes from independence. It's rather forced upon you living in another country, but you get outside your comfort zone quickly and learn to fend for yourself in ways that I've never had to at home. Anna Meusel - Saint Michael's College View Entire Review
Academically - I learned a lot. It was a rigorous program. I made a lot of friends, range of students from undergraduates to PhDs. The city itself is stunningly beautiful. It was an eye-opening experience in general. A student - Harvey Mudd College View Entire Review

It was the greatest year of my life, which I know is a cliche, but it's completely true. I made amazing friends, grew tremendously as a student, and it reinforced my desire to continue on my current career path. Oxford will teach you to become a different kind of student, and one that you really can't become at an American uni... smass - Tufts University View Entire Review
Traveling to another country, living a different daily life, and participating in different activities has deeply shown me a different culture and taught me a lot; especially that it was my first time to travel and live by myself, so that increased the responsibility sense to a very observable high level. Noor Altaai - University of Missouri - Kansas City / UMKC View Entire Review
How to be more independent! I also had lots of self-reflection time where I could just sit down and think about what I really want to do, what I like and dislike etc. Plus, I made many new friends, and I could also travel around the UK and Europe! It was eye-opening and humbling. Chenyu Zhang - Lafayette College View Entire Review

It's Oxford. yes. Jonathan E - Brandeis University View Entire Review
Fantasic education, some really cool opportunities to participate in activities that are very stereotypical of a very famous university, and a better understanding of how the US is viewed in the world. I also traveled a TON over the 6 week break, so that added a whole other dimension to the experience A student - Middlebury College View Entire Review
It was very worthwhile, I gained independence. The tutorial system taught me self motivation. My writing and communication skills improved dramatically. I learned about the English culture and came to love it. A student - Middlebury College View Entire Review
A sense of accountability for my own education- the tutorial system will do that to you. Greater independence generally- being on your own in a foregin country inevitably makes you more adventurous and better equipped to deal with the unexpected. And of course, great memories! The experience was absolutely worthwhile and I wou... Jenn2 - Brandeis University View Entire Review

It was wonderful. It made me a better student. I realized how much I love America. I discovered quirky British words, and things they do totally differently. Oxford is basically Hogwarts. I would highly recommend. Alexandra C - Tufts University View Entire Review
