Review Your Program

* Overall educational experience

Academic rigor, intensity, resources, etc.

Lighter workload overall but really loaded towards the end of the semester

* Host Country Program Administration

On-site administration of your program

very little on site support from IFSA-Butler, sort of left on our own once we got there

wish we had internet provided for us

* Food:

generally cooked for ourselves but it was cheaper than eating out

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

walk about club, ultimate frisbee club, pick up soccer, scuba trip to the Great Barrier Reef

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

* Safety:

We lived next door to the local police station and a health clinic was across the street

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

Finances

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)
