IES Abroad: London - Study London

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
Studying abroad allowed me to experience life in other countries. I gained new friends who I traveled around the world with. I learned so much about the history of London through several of my classes. On a daily basis I explored different parts of the city through my classes that made learning more exciting and enjoyable. I also gained a lot of experience traveling on my own which has given me confidence for future travels.

The Avid Adventurer
The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
