This experience was absolutely worthwhile. I learned about what it meant to be culturally intelligent.

The courses were well organized and very informative. The teachers were all helpful.

The entire Forum-Nexus staff was helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everyone had an incredible experience.

* Housing:

How satisfied were you with your living arrangements?

The hotels were nice but the best part was their location to each cities best activities.

* Food:

The breakfasts were not the best but it was so easy to find amazing food in each city.

* Social & Cultural Integration:

How integrated did you feel with the local culture?

It is pretty easy to assimilate to the local culture everywhere you go.

* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

The program offers insurance but I didn't have any health issues while on the trip.

* Safety:

You always have to be aware of your surroundings but each city was relatively safe.

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

I was able to stick to my personal budget but the majority of my spending was on food and drinks.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? You have to set a budget and stick to it. Some days you will spend more or less but it helps if you set a daily budget.

The wardrobe you packed was better suited for a semester of camping than club hopping. Outdoorsy, you might forgo a crazy night out for an early all-day adventure. You'd rather take in the rich culture of an old town than the metropolis of a modern city, but for you getting off the grid is ideal.
