Independence, further knowledge of a different culture and country, increased my spanish speaking abilities. Yes, it was 100% worthwhile.

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Eat all meals with host family and go to tapas for drinks or for cheaper dinners. Shop during rebajas!
