What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?

* What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? If you can, go in the fall so that the weather is not as brutal during your semester. If you are traveling in the spring, save your weekends at home in Copenhagen for the spring, and do any traveling you have planned (to potentially warmer climates) earlier in the semester. It is advised that you don't travel too much so that you get to know Copenhagen as a city, and I support that message, but the city is more fun in the spring, and that is when you will want to be out and about doing things and engaging locally.

Reasons For Studying Abroad

The Networker
An active student leader, it was important for you to network abroad as well. Once overseas, you sought out student clubs, volunteered with local organizations, or attended community events. You encouraged your friends join you, and often considered how you could reflect your international experiences in a resume.
