It was very worthwhile and went to great lengths to develop my independence as a person

I thought that the academic intensity was definitely useful as it helped me to learn a lot more and truly get the most out of my studies abroad.

I enjoyed my housing and became very good friends with my roommates while abroad

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I loved my time at DIS and would go back and do it again in a heartbeat

Copenhagen is very expensive and I definitely drained my bank account but it was well worth it in my opinion

Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? Use your stipend to buy groceries and make food for yourself
