* Health Care:

How well were health issues addressed during the program?

I was told that it would be hard to make doctor appointments, but when I got sick, I was seen immediately the next day. It was easy to get to the location of my appointment by taking the bus. It's interesting that your CPR Card is what you use to swipe into any medical appointment. I did not need any vaccines for this program.

* Safety:

Copenhagen is very safe! I still heard stories of people getting wallets taken, but as long as your are cognizant of what you are doing, you will not have to worry about that!

If you could do it all over again would you choose the same program? Yes

I liked how there were many people in this program. The teachers were all helpful and kind. I enjoyed the city a lot and I made lifelong friends.

Finances

* Money: How easily were you able to live on a student's budget?

(1 = not very easy/$200+ on food & personal expenses/week, 2.5 = $100/week, 5 = very easily/minimal cost)

I saved up a lot of money from the summer before so this was not an issue for me.

Not including program expenses, about how much money did you spend on food and other expenses each week? I used my food stipend but spent around $50 a week.
Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? I would recommend they work a lot in the summer to save up! It's definitely worth it.

0 = No encouragement, 5 = frequent encouragement to use the language
