Yes. I learned about Danish design culture and the ideologies behind it. I learned about living in a city and interacting with many peers of differing backgrounds.

Architecture Foundations

Comments: It was same difficulty as middlebury architecture. WE had the opportunity to visit relevant sites. Class atmosphere was communal. Jacob provided guidance and knowledge based on his extensive real world experience.

New Nordic Design

Comments: Got a sense of philosophies and ideologies behind danish and scandinavian design. Went on a field trip to prestitgious furniture companies in Denmark. WIthout this class I would not have completely understood Danish design tradition.

Comments: Great opportunity to have hands on work. Learn from a Danish craftsman, and learn danish traditions surrounding furniture building. opportunity to put learnings into an actual product.

Comments: Course was not too challenging. Workbook could be better organized and streamlined for teaching / learning purposes. Fun class, could have been more interesting. Enjoyed the field trip to a local Danish High School.
