CYA (College Year in Athens) - Semester/Academic Year Program

What did you gain/learn from your experience abroad? Was it worthwhile?
I am so, so glad that I chose to go abroad with CYA. I got the academics that I needed while still having the time and support to explore Greece both with the program and on my own time. The apartments are in a great location -- you can walk to the Parthenon! -- and you get opportunities to meet your Greek neighbors, too. The fact that the program is in Athens means that the city is incorporated into all of your classes, so even when you're not touring around, you still get the benefits of being in Athens and experience what it has to offer. I absolutely wouldn't trade my time there for the world.
