I learned that despite lack of help on the ground its possible to enjoy the experience and doesn't make it any less life changing.

Confusing academic transfer process. Not illustrated by the program and misunderstood by the SA institute.

Unorganized and not helpful as far as logistics went. Nice woman.

Weren't informed that we were in the least developed area of campus.
