Yes is was more than worthwhile. I learned a lot about myself as well as the people I as with. It gave me a sense of the world as a whole rather than focusing on the smaller picture. Not only do I have a desire to travel the world, I now want to learn more about my own country and even my home city.

My housing was in a good location. Close to my university as well as the center of the city. All cookware and bedding was provided. |

| Do you have any general money-saving tips for future study abroad participants? | Much of my expenses were with traveling and also entertainment. Save up as much money as possible and plan a weekly or monthly budget to stick to. |

A Look Back
| * What do you know now that you wish you knew before going on this program? | Barcelona is an amazing city that offers so much. It is more difficult to learn spanish there because the main language is Catalan. |
